Shachindra - Execution and Operations

Shachindra Rajavaram is a serial entrepreneur who co-founded CampusWhiz. He leads CampusWhiz’s overall operations and is responsible for setting the vision, overall strategy, and direction of CampusWhiz and guiding it toward its ultimate success. His maiden entrepreneurial venture was an Animation and gaming company, he has rich experience in running successful businesses profitably. He has worked with TCS, Infosys, Syntel( Atos), and Gameshastra in the past. He holds a Bachelors in Instrumentation and Control Engineering from NIT, Jalandhar and a PGDM from IIM, Lucknow

Jeff co-founded multiple well-known companies in his illustrious career including Regal Cinemas, AmStar Cinemas, and Pediatric Homecare of America. Before his entrepreneurial journey, he was an executive in the venture capital and private equity arms of commercial banks NBD and First Tennessee. He started his career as a project analyst and engineer in the development arm of Ashland Oil. Jeff graduated from the University of Manchester in Industrial Robotics & International Business.

Kalyan Sriramaneni is a seasoned IT leader with over twenty years of experience, blending digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and technological innovation. His academic achievements include an MBA from Emory Goizueta Business School, a Master's in Computer Science from Texas A&M Commerce, and a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Jalandhar.

Entrepreneurship

Dr. Ande Noktes moved to the Georgia coast in March of 2022 as the founding Executive Director of the Lucas Center for Entrepreneurship. She is a social entrepreneur who, over the last twenty years, has started three schools and coached and consulted hundreds of founders in growing their impact. Her undergraduate studies were at Colorado State University, and she has a master’s in philosophy from Assumption University in Thailand and an MBA from Emory. Her doctorate is in public policy from Northeastern University where she researched women entrepreneurs’ access to capital. During her time as Executive Director of the Lucas Center, over 500 entrepreneurs have participated in programs and coaching, and the Center has awarded over $60,000 in grant funds to help founders start or grow their businesses. Her consulting business has supported dozens of social enterprises, both for-profit and nonprofit, in strategic planning and growth, communications and change management, leadership planning and board development, and building and implementing mission- oriented revenue strategies.

Douglas Chanco is an attorney and was admitted to the practice of law in 2006. He's received recognition from his peers in the legal community and is rated a SuperLawyer as well as AV status by Martindale Hubble. He is a graduate of Florida State University. He's worked with multiple businesses throughout his career, and since 2009, served as a corporate officer for several entities.
